"Take A Class" Booklets for Taber Adult Learning

The Taber & District Community Adult Learning Association distributes their "Take A Class" booklets twice a year. The 40 page booklets are used to list community learning courses offered by the association, as well as to promote other programs the association operates. The covers, shown below, were created using Adobe Photoshop 5.5 and Adobe Photoshop CS3 (after the association upgraded their marketing software in 2008). Stock photos were used for all association marketing and promotional items. The layout and contents of the booklets were created using Adobe PageMaker 6.5.

Flyers for Taber Adult Learning

These 8.5" X 11" flyers were distributed to Taber and area residents via mail-outs. They promoted programs and events run by the association. All of the flyers were created using Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Posters for Taber Adult Learning

These 11" X 17" posters were created in 2008 using Adobe Phothoshop CS3. The posters were used in various ways to promote all of the association's programs.

Display Banners for Taber Adult Learning

These large 29" X 78" stand-up display banners were also created for various programs operating under Taber Adult Learning. The display banners were setup at workshops, seminars, conferences, job fairs and other events that the association participated in. The banners were created using Photoshop CS3.

Digital Video Editing for 5205 Studios

Working with friends in 5205 Studios, a local independent film group, I have had the opportunity to use many digital video applications. Below is an example of editing work I have done with the group. The trailer was edited using Adobe Premiere CS3. Garageband was used for audio effects and music.

Facebook Profile Pictures

I enjoy using Photoshop for more than just professional work. Here I used Adobe Photoshop CS3 to make some rather creative profile pictures for Facebook. My favourite would have to be replacing Clint Eastwood's face with my own in a scene from "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly".
